We'd love to see more of your work, folks. So if you have knitted, felted, spun or woven something from DHF wool, don't be shy... contact: rosemary at falklandwool.net (close the gaps and substitute the @ please).
Meanwhile here are some lovely examples received a while back:
Bev David (knitting tutor, spinner and talented designer) of Tahoe - and her spinning chums - have been busy processing and dyeing three mini-bales of our
raw wool which they shared. Here's a glorious display of just some of their work... One fleece also went to Yolo Mill (see Links) who did a wonderful job on it -
"Practically spins itself"' says Bev. We look forward to seeing what they create from this incredible display, and the other colours they are working on!
This is a felted baby hat from our "B" wool that Ruthann McCaulley made. It is embroidered with DMC floss. She made up the pattern for everything as she went along. This hat was one of her first felting projects. Well done Ruthann, and thanks for sharing it with all of us!

Sweater knitted by Kathleen Day from DHF Freedom, shade Peatbank -
thanks for sharing, Kathleen! Modelled by husband Ken, but was
knitted for son Paul.

This little needle felted bear, by Roberta Murray, was made with a DHF hoggett fleece which had been commercially carded. It worked beautifully for needle felting, and the bear is oh so soft due to the softness of the fleece!

This lovely shawl was made by Marian Gall of Arizona from her handspun
DHF hoggett wool.

This sweater was made from our Peatbank Aran by Erica Raspberry, an
experienced and talented knitter - see her Knitting Geek site under
our Woolly Links. Thanks Erica!
