Here's all the background info you might want on Dunnose Head Farm, including the tale of how we emigrated to the Falklands in 1979 with our children, got our own farm, improved the sheep, planted trees, and diversified when wool income made the farm non-viable. DHF Falklands is our unique mail order business, exporting our beautiful Merino X Polwarth wool as top to handspinners and felters all over the world - using the local air service for the first leg to town. We also offer our unique 'old-fashioned' unbleached Aran yarns and lighter weight coned yarns, all with some residual lanolin.
